As the title says, does drinking from a Yixing cup have much of a noticeable effect on softening, I brew in Yixing clay, Jianshui, or Duanniusually and notice a sizeable effect mainly on young sheng puer teas, do the cups also have the same effect or is it a bit of a gimmick?
Wondering if anyone here has some knowledge on if it is worth investing in a good set of Yixing clay cups and possibly Yixing gong dao bei?
Would there be a point where doing the whole lot would be overkill and lose top notes?
